Mission of the Gifted Women Summit: To boost the confidence, self-understanding, and community networks of neurodiverse women so they can rise into decision making positions and then be able to revolutionize cultures to be more neuro-inclusive.  

Secondary Mission: To link the business and spiritual worlds and create new networks and solutions to our world's problems through genius female minds and hearts interacting.

Part 1: The Basics

  • Please read carefully: Below are all the details. This is a clear and succinct page, so you can take action easily and efficiently. We recommend that you bookmark it.
  • Set up your Personalized Affiliate Link. Get your link: This is where you sign up for your affiliate portal!

    • Very important: Bookmark your link! It is encoded for your eyes only and we cannot access if you forget to save it. 
    • You must register and connect Paypal (just enter your paypal email address in the form) so you can get paid.
    • Our affiliate portal will remember the leads that came through you. This will be your affiliate center hub.
    • If you need help, we have provided step by step instructions on how to get your account set below: just look for “STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS: AFFILIATE LINK SET UP” at the bottom of this page or contact us.
  • Affiliate sales: You receive a percentage of the money from all people who purchase after registering using your affiliate link. The more you promote, the more you make. (All they have to do is click on your affiliate link and it tracks their IP address, so if they purchase at any time you will receive a commission)

  • Summit dates: The Summit goes live 8:00 am MST, Friday, October 23rd to 7:00 pm MST Sunday, October 25th, 2020.
  • Promotion dates: We will start promoting the summit at the beginning of October, then serious promotion 2 weeks before it begins. You can start whenever you want. The more we get the word out, the more people we can help and the more you will earn. People can pre-register at any time as of now. I don't do salesy promotions, we will not create a captive audience during the summit, so the promotion we do will be straight from the heart and authentic. We will support YOU with this based on your wishes. Don't promote until you get YOUR affiliate link, so you get paid for all sales that come through your link.
  • Audience: Smart, creative, misfit, pioneer, passionate, open-minded, expressive, sensitive up-and-coming women leaders of all ages.

    Sadly, gifted women all too often end up feeling alone and inadequate to step up into leadership or to start businesses. Because their neuro-diverse leadership styles do not fit into society's definition of "normal and healthy", they are prone to being ignored, misunderstood, and slandered. When a woman hears that she is not good enough, or too weird, sensitive, emotional (you name it) over her whole lifetime, she will eventually believe it and shut down.  Gifted women, because of their empathy levels, are more prone to cultural gaslighting and can develop blocks that  keep them from sharing their gifts with the world.

    Well, I challenge that....the world needs your leadership style, quirks and all. Neurodiverse leaders create more inclusive and values-based cultures. Our world needs your leadership now more than ever.

Part 2: How the summit works

  • How people learn about the Gifted Women Summit and you get affiliate payments: People find out about GWS through our sharing on social media and our email lists. The more you share, the better. We will also buy some ads.
  • Registration: Once someone finds out about the summit, they visit the GWS homepage through your link to register with their email.
  • How do they attend? If an attendee is available from Oct. 23-25, they can watch the summit free. (Interviews will be pre-recorded and 8 will be sent out each day, but there will also be live collaboration and movement sessions all day together on Zoom, as well as access to virtual goodie bags and networking groups online.) After they register, they get to attend the online conference. They are emailed a special link to the summit site with the recordings for that day only. There will be 8 speaker recordings each day, similar to an in-person conference. These recordings will be available for 24 hours. The next day, Saturday, attendees will get the second batch of speakers. The third day they will get the final batch.
  • What if they want to purchase? Participants can buy the summit for $75 before the summit. After it starts, the price is $99. After it ends, the price is $149. A couple days later it goes to it's regular price of $199. The vast majority of people buy at $149. Purchasing grants them 1) a year or more access to the video recordings, 2) they can download the video, 3) download the audio-only files, 4) download the transcripts, 5) special curriculum resources from the presenters 6) and they will get a bonus gift from the Interpersonal Institute. 

Part 3: Final details

What all attendees get for free:

  • 3 days of the recorded fire-side-chat interviews with Gifted Female Leaders
  • 3 days of the Live "retreat" symposium including meditations, collaboration circles, Q & A panels, and yoga, pilates and GYROKINESIS movement sessions. 
  • Inspiration and collaboration with other gifted, neurodiverse women who are changing the world in big ways. Tools on how to navigate a Dark Night of the Soul as a sensitive, smart, passionate woman. Tools on how to change and navigate business culture in order to welcome natural female-identifying leaders of all races and backgrounds. 
  • Virtual Goodie-Bag from Erin
  • Admittance to attendee-only Gifted Adult Women networking groups on Linked In and Facebook. 

What purchasers get in addition:
